Instructions:
  1. Step One: Fill the outer tube with air
  2. Step Two: Fill the inner section with water. Add 100ml of vinegar to keep water clear. 
  3. Step Three: Lay the mat down and press as much of the air out as possible to avoid air bubbles. 

Note: It is recommended to change water every 2 weeks
